Qualifications

Requires BA/BS with 12 to 15 years of experience or MS degree with 10 to 13 years of experience or a PhD with 10 years experience, analyzing IT related programs or projects in one of the following categories: Information Technology/ Systems Engineering.

Primary Responsibilities:

This team member must quickly develop a broad understanding of the projects and initiatives of his/her assigned committee(s) and its leadership and must be able to set priorities in work assignments. The successful candidate must project a professional demeanor, utilizing oral and written communication skills of the highest quality. Interpersonal skills are extremely important as this position requires working with a senior professional staff and high-level government leadership across several agencies. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to take the initiative on tasks supporting the leadership team.
  • Establishand consolidate proposed working group agenda items from across a diverse and highly technical community.
  • Proposeand recommend working group agendas to the board chairman (SES level).
  • Organizeand participate in board and project agenda review meetings.
  • Communicatewith board and project members and other external customers, answering questions and providing information, as necessary.
  • Serveas the principal contact person, coordinating all communications to speakers regarding speaking schedules, notes requirements, clearance requirements, and audio-visual equipment policies.
  • Respondto written and verbal inquiries and provide follow-up communications.
  • Manageall Board and Projects committee activity, including maintaining committee rosters and committee member contact and e-mail addresses, sending meeting announcements and materials, and encouraging member participation.
  • Communicatewith/alerting appropriate members of the board and projects, sharing pertinent information. Manage board and project activities including drafting meeting minutes and resolutions and maintaining board actions history.
  • Trackand report on status and completion of assigned actions.
  • Compile information on board meeting topics and participants, distributing assignments based on commitments, providing follow up as required.

Candidates must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with a Polygraph

Responsibilities

Peraton has an immediate need for a Management Analyst in Bethesda, MD.

IT Management Analyst focused on IC ITE governance. The Governance, Policy and Operations task supports all aspects of the IC ClO governance and policy frameworks. This task enables the implementation and integration of the IC ITE strategy. Provides secretariat support to IC ClO-sponsored boards, committees, councils, and panels.

Support to IC CIO involvement and external boards, committees, councils/ panels and support the analysis, coordination and development of policies related to the IC CIO. Provide support with responsibility for development, integration and execution of the IC ITE Governance Project Plan and the writing and coordination of Congressionally Directed Actions and Legislative Referral Memos.
