The Longevity Risk Transfer (LRT) Processor on the PRT Client Services, New Business team, handles the on-going administration of our LRT contracts.


The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Review all necessary documents available to understand the details of the contract, and request clarification where needed
  • Process monthly reconciliations, involving running compares, researching and resolving disputes
  • Process annual data reviews, including reviewing data changes, applying changes to the recordkeeping platform, and calculating true-up settlement payments
  • Perform tracing responsibilities
  • Forecast incoming and outgoing bank wires
  • Escalate concerns (ex. new or unusual findings) appropriately
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, facilitated by the Relationship Manager
  • Monitor the longevity mailboxes for processing work, keeping other LRT Processors notified of applicable activities
  • Partner closely with the LRT In Force Specialist team which supports the LRT Processing team
  • Analyze risk and propose business solutions for the on-going administration of the longevity reinsurance business
  • Support special projects/on-boarding tasks as needed 

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Keen attention to detail

  • Adherence to deadlines for contractual obligations
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team

It also would be a plus if:
  • You were comfortable with V-look-ups, Macros, and pivot tables
