**ROLE SUMMARY**



Key accountabilities include leading day to day operations of logistics packing lines, executing the production schedule, ensuring all product is packed and shipped in a manner meeting safety and quality requirements.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



Logistics Vaccine Line Lead Specialists are responsible for the operation of Logistics packing lines. Work is performed in strict compliance with Logistics standards (SOPs) and following all regulatory requirements (i.e., GMPs & OSHA). This job includes the following functions:



+ Provide guidance to assure all Logistics Specialists are following SOP's during pack-out activities.

+ Assure all TOE scans are performed properly.

+ Perform all packing duties as required by operating unit.

+ Assure all Logistics Specialists are wearing the proper PPE and monitoring devices during pack-out activities.

+ Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks in support of the Kalamazoo Site objectives.

+ Provide feedback to leadership regarding issues and errors with GMP documentation.

+ Perform all tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures, best practices and regulatory requirements.

+ Dependable - Follows unit / area / plant requirements and guidelines.

+ Maintain training at or above 96%.

+ Demonstrating growth mindset to share best practices and utilize downtime effectively.

+ Working safely and compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation.

+ Demonstrating ownership and accountability of the production schedule and product quality.

+ Operate selected packaging equipment.

+ Assist or perform setup of selected equipment with guidance from leadership.

+ Perform Line clearances and cleaning.

+ Perform necessary process checks including but not limited to, scale checks, Transfer Cart TOE checks, etc.

+ Perform equipment and facility compliance assessments.

+ Consistently displays Own-It behaviors in accordance with Pfizer Core Competencies: Seizes accountability; grows self; change agile; self-awareness; commits to one Pfizer; peer relationships.

+ Train and mentor new colleagues and TCW's.

+ Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ HS/GED with 2-5 years of relevant experience or

+ Associates Degree



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Machine operation Experience

Job will include standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting may be required. Job will also entail occasional weekend, shutdown and holiday coverage. Job will require off-shift support.
