The Logistics and Inventory Control Supervisor will : Support with physical inventories and cycle counts (performed in compliance with the Corporate Controllers Policy) Provide support to ensure adherence to all WMS/SAP/SOX policies and procedures related to inventory Support operational partners with business issues related to inventory, transactions, usage or other related areas Support daily balancing of all systems in compliance with SOX requirements for all responsible locations. These systems include, but are not limited to: SAP, WMS Filing of all count sheets, reconciliations and pertinent reports Act as backup for other Inventory Control team members as required Train to support other Inventory Control functions Lead period end duties Contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supervising a team of Logistics Coordinators to deliver product to Company's distribution centers in a safe, efficient and productive manner Provide local interface and direction for dedicated carrier on issues and improvement projects Develop effective relationships with internal customers (Logistics, Planning, R&D, plant, DC) Verify freight charges Contribute to the success of location by coordinating the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the plant Willingness to work in cold environment including warehouse cold rooms and freezers Perform inventory counts at 3rd party warehouse per SOX controls All other duties as required and assigned Qualifications/Requirements A minimum of 5 years of related field and/or a Bachelors Degree Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends Previous leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of Inventory Management System Must possess strong interpersonal skills, and show an ability to work and participate effectively in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Computer Literacy: Systems Knowledge SAP, WMS, Crystal Reports Microsoft Office Excel, Word Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
