The Director, Compliance Counsel will be a key member of PepsiCo's Anti-bribery/Anticorruption (ABAC) team and will have primary responsibility for developing critical components of PepsiCos global ABAC program. This responsibility includes developing and implementing program training, tools, controls, processes and policies to comply with regulatory expectations and internal business needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Updating and/or developing critical processes and policies to support PepsiCo's global ABAC program; Advising on and monitoring global ABAC compliance regarding gifts, travel and entertainment as they relate to government officials; Conducting anticorruption due diligence for PepsiCos minority investments; Acting as project coordinator with Information Technology function on various projects, including compliance data analytics; Assisting in updating and enhancing ABAC training for employees and third parties; Assisting on global compliance investigations; Supporting PepsiCo's Third Party Due Diligence program and global sanctions program, as needed. Qualifications/Requirements Required Qualifications: Attorney with a JD from a U.S. law school Minimum of four years of experience required Experience working with senior leadership and presenting before senior leaders Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across various functional areas and cultures Subject matter expertise in the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and commitment to keeping up-to-date with U.S. legal developments.Preferred Qualifications: Experience counseling large multinational companies on compliance investigations or other complex internal investigations preferred Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
