The Discovery Center consists of a team of lawyers, paralegals and legal clerks that concentrate their efforts on:
* Responding to and providing advice, guidance, information and support to home office business partners, branches, and/or clients related to:
* Third-party subpoenas
* Court orders
* Non-wage garnishments and levies
* Regulatory matters
* Lawsuits and arbitrations

* Analyzing our incoming matters and coordinating with potentially impacted partners to mitigate risk
* Leveraging data, experience, legal research, and technology to spot trends, maintain consistency, mitigate risk, and create guardrails and guidance for the firm in conjunction with business partners

*Position Requirements:*

* Minimum 3 years of legal support is required, experience in litigation area is preferred.
* Previous experience with data entry and/or electronic records management is a preferred.
* Previous experience with legal calendaring and triage of legal records is a preferred.
* Strong communication skills to facilitate relationships with paralegals and internal and external attorneys.
* Strong ability to set goals, multi-task and prioritize workload in an autonomous, results-oriented environment.
* Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative and demonstrate accountability.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
* Level of proficiency in investigative, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment and participate in department projects.
* Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives.
* Ability to handle changing priorities.
* Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional image.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, various web based applications, and/or document management programs is required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
