Unit Description

Sodexo has an exciting Learning Management Systems Support Specialist position now available to office virtually.   Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

 

The Leaning Management Specialist provides customer support for technical or process issues, produces system queries, performs all required system data entry. As a member of the Learning & Performance Support Services team to include the following duties/responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with LMS Sr Admin and Admin to provide project support for all Learning and Performance projects duties include- testing, learning system loads, etc.
  • Executes the Learning and Performance Report Request process; includes intake, assignment, schedule, and validation.
  • Supports reporting needs for the business including talent review, performance, training audience selection, global workforce reporting, and system licenses. M
  • May also perform non-technical duties the likes of developing communications, training and procedural documents, performing audits. 

 

The ideal candidate has the following preferred background / skillset:

  • Associates degree in related field.
  • 2 years of experience in systems support and/or administration or a related field.
  • Analytical, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of operators, staff departments, HR, and learning &performance team and external vendors.
  • Ability to facilitate organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of business strategy, drivers, or needs associated with possible learning interventions.
  • Understand cultural differences in learning solutions and their implications.
  • Understand individual, group, and organizational differences that influence learning, such as cultural norms/values, cognitive abilities, learning preferences, previous experience, and motivation.
  • Understand legal and ethical issues related to designing learning, including accessibility and intellectual property.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills expert excel user

Position Summary

  • Customer service for Ingenium end-users. Provide customer service for technical and business process customer inquiries.   40%
  • LMS Data Entry creations of employee profiles, maintaining employee data, maintaining learning data.   20%
  • Builds and executes queries. Provides support for data requests such as audience selection, talent review and performance queries, global workforce reporting.   20%
  • Project support for all Learning and Performance projects testing, learning loads (eLearning)  20%

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
