Design and Build programs within Learning Management System. Leverage system administration, HTML, and CSS skills to execute deliverables. Technical Project Management. 40%
Create, execute and manage internal business processes for technical projects. This may include portal management, maintenance strategy, workforce reporting, learning assignment processes, compliance training. 25%
Provides support for complex data requests such as audience selection, talent review and performance queries, global workforce reporting. 20%
Responsible for oversight and management of Learning and Performance report requests. Includes managing the Report Request Intake tool, report schedule, and validation process. 10%
Serves as back-up to System Support Specialists for customer service for Ingenium end-users. Serves as an escalation point for end-user questions or technical issues received by the Ingenium Help Line or Sodexo Help Desk. Supporting internal Learning and Performance requests as well as our business partners in functional areas such as Finance, HR, Payroll, Safety, etc. 5%
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
