What You'll Do:


In the role of the Leader, Regional Sales you will be the head of a team that is strategically selling our solutions to the German Enterprise market. Furthermore, you will support the team with your existing relationships in the customer and partner landscape to make them achieve their goals. You'll be a corner stone in the Enterprise Management Team and align with the other Managers to drive the business in all areas.



Who You'll Work With:


In addition to the alignment with Cisco's Enterprise Management Team the Sales Manager needs to have a close relationship with the Cisco Services Team, the Technical Teams, Partner Sales and several BUs. Your involvement includes the orchestration between product and service sales and also business development and marketing roles.


Who You Are:


You are someone that:

  • Has several years' of experience within the German market
  • Has an established network with relevant partners
  • Is strong metrics driven and has a forecasting mind set
  • Has a consistent track record leading significant revenue responsibility and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals
  • Has business development and strategy experience
  • Has proven ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally
  • Adopt at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
  • Has strong executive presence and is political savvy
  • Has strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing a sales organization
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
  • Has strategic technical knowledge
  • Can lead a dispersed account team with both direct and indirect reports
  • Enjoys developing solutions for customer challenges
  • Has experience in working with executives at customer and partner side
  • Possess fluent verbal and written skills both in English and German
  • Has the ability to interact with multiple cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal and effectively lead cross-functional teams
  • Speaks and writes fluently English and German (C1 Level)
