 What You'll Do

The Workforce Experience team within Digital Enterprise Solutions is responsible for providing an extraordinary employee experience to Ciscos global workforce. As a company that continually ranks as one of the best places to work (#1 in 2019, 2020), employee experience is a top priority. One of the key touchpoints influencing an employees day-to-day experience is their personal productivity device. It is their primary connection to the world of Cisco. We are seeking an outstanding leader who will ensure that we have devices that are simple to use, reliable, and secure. In addition, run a streamlined process for a fleet of over 170,000 devices that are delightful to use.

You will build a deep partnership with business leaders and partner-suppliers to help innovate on using technology to build outstanding employee experiences.

You will be an advocate for how to use data to simplify and personalize all aspects of an employees device experience.

You will play a big role in brainstorming the future of the work experience.

You will always put employee experience first in all your solutions.

Your focus will be on employee device procurement, usage and management process related business system applications.

You will ensure that security and software compliance is at the heart of everything as we enable devices to access Cisco's network and data.

You will lead the strategy, hardware/software architecture roadmap, and execution for Ciscos enterprise-class computing (cloud PC, laptops, desktop, mobile device), and device management (MDM) solutions.

You will bring Industry and outside-in perspectives on how we can shape the delivery of our services.

 

Who You'll Work With

 The Workforce Experience team is responsible for all end-to-end processes and systems that support our workforce from Hire-to-Retire, to Collaboration and Service Desk. Working closely with our partners, this team will take the employee experience for all of Cisco to outstanding levels - and show our customers and partners what is possible!


Who You Are

Were seeking a talented, experienced, and self-motivated professional who has a real passion for people leadership and technology. You enjoy helping others through their career journeys, providing praise as well as opportunities for improvement and development. You feel comfortable taking care of ambiguity, and you are able to influence within and outside the organization.

Minimum requirements include:

Bachelor or masters in computer science or a relevant Engineering degree.

15 years of industry experience with ten or more years of practical experience in enterprise device management.

Experience in building systems in compliance with all applicable industry or governmental regulations.

Experience in building and leading a large team, handling a sizable budget, portfolio prioritization, and an excellent track record of flawless execution.

Must have experience building, leading, and influencing partner-supplier business and technical relations.

Doer who can drive the strategy and vision across the organization.

Self-driven, results-oriented and hardworking in delivering business value.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Collaborative and open style with a constructive and positive outlook.
