What Youll Do

As a customer advocacy marketing manager in the product marketing organization, you will engage with some of our most active and happy customers to build strong relationships with them. You will lead a small team and create programs that meaningfully connect with our advocates and provide a platform for them to connect, engage and share their Cisco Secure experiences. If you like engaging with cross functional teams to creatively solve problems and deliver delightful experiences for our customers, we need you.

You check your ego at the door and learn from others constantly, while also helping the broader team to understand the needs of our customers a little bit of the CISO whisperer. You can see the big picture but are also able to execute and get things done. You do not shy away from engaging with customers and internal partners alike at all levels of the organization. You are agile in your approach to tackling projects and have an ability to adapt to change.


Required Skills

You possess innate interpersonal skills working with other people energizes you. You possess genuine curiosity and are always eager to serve as a connector to your squad. You are intrigued by the experiences of others and make your customers the heroes of your stories. You find cybersecurity, an industry that is constantly evolving, fascinating, intriguing, and fast-paced just like you! You love building communities, and your energy is contagious.

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience
  • Experience building and leading customer advocacy programs
  • Management experience leading a team
