In this role you will play a critical role in helping to evolve the Company and will support the implementation of the Western Union Way through learn and do within a value stream or support function. These roles are responsible for helping create an environment that promotes continuous improvement, increases consistency and quality, reduces customer pain points, and empower employees to enhance the value of the service we provide to clients. This role is a part of Wu Way Team and is required to support the team in the development and roll-out of a Lean-Agile Culture.

You will lead a WU Way Workstream in their responsibilities by providing both detailed and strategic instruction and technical expertise. As a part of a select team of highly skilled and motivated individuals, the Leader, Change Implementation will work closely with senior business leaders of the organization to ensure teams are proficient in WU Way tools and practices.

You will be accountable for the development and execution of the program and will be a thought partner to leadership on Lean-Agile related matters. To be successful, this role must have an ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels with different interests to achieve common goals. A comprehensive knowledge of several functions within the organization including functional processes, resources, and challenges will be required to achieve WU Way goals.

You will lead the development of the program in support of the WU WAY, specifically managing the implementation of Lean-Agile mindset and tools, providing inputs and driving the departments strategy, formulating the objectives and work plans to achieve goals, influencing the development of policies and procedures. You will contribute business intelligence that will help influence financial budget and investments decisions, cultivate innovation and challenge status quo. The role will exercise innovative thinking to resolve a variety of highly complex issues across multiple departments and stakeholders, and will drive the customer centric culture through all interactions and contributors.

In this role you will require strategic thinking, planning, negotiation, and persuasion skills, as well as independent decision-making for complex or strategic challenges. The role is responsible for improving productivity by creating efficiencies, using strong communication skills with key stakeholders to build a solid business partnership and people management. Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, set priorities, sequencing backlogs, and meet deadlines. Thinks beyond own area of accountability to best enable customers. Understands the business and is able to evaluate external factors impact for it.

For this role you need 6+ years experience in managing teams, business knowledge, influencing, coaching, personal, interpersonal and leadership skills. University (or an equivalent) Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration preferred. Certifications in change or project management, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile are strongly desired. Advanced/Expert knowledge of Data Reporting software required (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) Very strong communication skills will be required to deal comfortably with and influence senior leadership. Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) with all levels of senior management.

Annual base salary gross: $109,531-182,551. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Unions total compensation package for employees.
