The Lead IA will be responsible for understanding and moving strategic UX activities across end-end experiences within our HD Home Community and operates autonomously in or across teams. The Lead IA would do this through research, competitive analysis, design sprints, lean UX, rapid prototyping, and partner with research for formal in person testing and interviews with customers.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EIn addition, the Lead IA has mentoring and coaching responsibilities but not people management activities. A large part of influence lies in your day-to-day actions, your tenacity and your approach.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAn ideal candidate will have a portfolio of artifacts showing their understanding of the UX process -- IA skills are top-notch, has a passion for making the complex crystal clear and explicit.
