Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting day to day operations of the Social Media Community Management team.


**Key responsibilities of this role include:** Process creation and management for day to day social media operations. Management of the relationship between AT&T and the agency that makes up the Community Management team. Provides guidance and escalation process for brand reputational issues on social media. Writing social reactive copy for brand reputational scenarios (outages, PR announcement, channel negotiations, etc.). Partnering and communicating with other business unit leaders like Legal, PR, HR, OOP, AP, and Social Care. Project management for tool improvements and company changes. Partnership and planning with vendors like Sprinklr to enhance and improve day to day operations. Develops and executes tactical Public Relations programs that may include social media communications. Compile data by using Sprinklr, Excel, and Power point to present insights to leadership. Audits Community Management responses and case handling to ensure brand standards are met.


Candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to urgent requests while handling multiple projects simultaneously.


**Education:** Preferred Bachelor of Science/Bachelors of Arts.


**Experience:** 3 or more years of experience in related areas of responsibility. Advanced level Excel and Power Point experience required. Sprinklr, Jira, and social listening tool knowledge/usage is preferable.
