Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting cleared candidates from TS/SCI up to Full Scope Polygraph level
  • Strong boolean search skills and experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and online job boards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior organizational leadership

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience with Workday
  • Understanding of government proposal process

  • Serve as lead recruiter and first point of contact for all proposal and pre-award staffing needs in assigned Sector
  • Acts as a liaison between Bid and Proposal Talent Acquisition Team and specific Sector TA Managers and their teams
  • Responsible for filling all Key Personnel and other required positions for proposal submission within assigned sector
  • Works closely with B&P TA Manager to determine B&P TA resource allocation based on business priorities
  • Identifies challenges/risks associated with staffing delivery and helps propose solutions
  • Maintains tracker with timelines and staffing requirements for all active proposals in assigned Sector
  • Meets regularly with B&P TA Manager and Sector TA Manager to provide status updates
  • Reviews proposal requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Partners with B&P TA Manager and Sector Manager on project plans for pre-award staffing on strategic deals
  • Ensures seamless handoff of requisitions and staffing plan to Sector TA Team during transition phase upon contract award

Colorado Salary Minimum: $56,472.00
Colorado Salary Maximum:$120,702.40
