We invite you to consider being a Lead Product Marketing Manager on our national marketing team! In this role, you will help our team to be focused on establishing comprehensive acquisition and go to market plans for targeted VPGM initiatives and enabling the VPGM team to execute on their strategic imperatives.


You will lead initiatives that accelerate return on network investment and 5G product launches by shifting perceptions that in turn grow market share and share of gross adds and drive value with existing customers. With a balanced business approach, we must change the game by identifying and solving for market areas that need to improve overall volumes and results. The underlying root causes must be identified by following the data and local insights. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including research and analytics, network teams, VPGMs, finance, regional operations and more to diagnose and establish a systematic plan of attack to impact performance. This includes establishing business cases to support initiatives including new offers, advertising spend and influences network investments and distribution plays.


Our plan is developed using market and industry research and insights, base analytics and collaborating with local teams to define success across network, distribution, and marketing. The objective is to test, learn and measure opportunities that can be failed or scaled in an agile fashion. You will be in a tip-of-the-spear role that leads cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated marketing and sales-strategic initiatives that are targeted and yet ladder up to overall national wireless objectives and priorities. Program level goals include driving improved network perceptions, increasing channel productivity and new distribution expansion and re-balancing marketing to solve for various factors.


El Segundo, CA and Dallas, TX are preferred, but other locations will be considered.


**Key job functions include:**


+ Develop comprehensive go to market approach

+ Create compelling, clear marketing plan and brief to set clear strategy and initiate cross-functional teams

+ Data-driven strategies to inform creative development

+ Partner with Go-To-Market project team to see idea/brief through execution

+ Develop messaging and positioning, key art and research as needed for campaign development

+ Drive messaging and consistency across marketing tactics including direct marketing, TV advertising, att.com merchandising, retail signage, performance media and more

+ Partner with pricing, promotion, and media teams to set campaign success metrics

+ Lead alignment and project status meetings with teams to deliver on campaign elements

+ Review campaign creative and messaging and disclaimers

+ Leadership presentations and results readouts for program results and marketing campaign

+ Collaborate with legal, finance, network, devices, sponsorships, and brand as well as other teams


Our Lead Product Marketing Managers earn between $95,500.00 - $190,900.00

**Qualifications:**


+ 6 years marketing experience

+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams

+ Effective communication including written and presentation skills

+ Understanding of consumer data & marketing communications methods

+ Leadership of agency resources and/or vendors

+ Relationship management

+ Bachelor's degree in general business, marketing or advertising preferred
