The Lead Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Go-To Market of retention video and broadband offer projects. In this role you would:


+ Lead a cross-functional team of Legal, Public Relations, Consumer Marketing, Training, Communications and CLM for new products and enhancements of our Video, Internet and Retention programs

+ Provide partner and executive communication regarding all strategic and offers projects

+ Oversee organizational objectives for customer satisfaction, revenue, profit, retention, as applicable

+ Lead cross-functional team to identify and develop comprehensive business requirements for each enhancement

+ Develop detailed Go-To-market workbook, timelines and plans

+ Conduct project meetings and be responsible for Go-To-Market

+ Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables

The background of the success candidates includes:


+ Technical aptitude with in-depth knowledge of the AT&T and Directv front-end/back-end system functions and limitations are essential

+ 7+ years experience in project management experience

+ Strong marketing, project management, problem solving and fact-based decision-making skills

+ Proficient at creating and maintaining project plans

+ Strategic, out-of-the-box thinker with sound business understanding, judgment and insights

+ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams from ideation to completion

+ Comfortable with conveying project status, issues and risks to senior level management and across a diverse cross-functional team

+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Project

+ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline is preferred

AT&T and TPG signed an agreement to form a new entity, DIRECTV, which will own and operate AT&Ts U.S. video unit consisting of DIRECTV (consumer and business satellite services), AT&T TV and U-verse TV (excluding U-verse network assets). **_When the transaction closes, the job you are applying for will become part of the New DIRECTV_** **.** Transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021. **Required Qualifications:**


+ Five years product management experience

+ Must be comfortable with conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies or applications to senior level management and across a diverse product team

+ Product launch and lifecycle management experience

+ Previous experience leading a cross-functional organization in executing projects from ideation to completion

+ Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth professional environment

+ Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills

+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.

**Desired Qualifications:**


+ Six or more years product management experience, preferably in consumer new product development

+ Product management experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired.
