Our Cross-Sell Marketing team is looking for a person who is passionate and energized about building and executing unique and creative marketing programs, with the end goal of increasing integrated household penetration.


As our team member, youll be responsible for creating, executing and managing end-to-end direct marketing programs that promote and incentivize existing non-wireless AT&T customers to add wireless service. In this role you will develop strategies inclusive of customer segmentation and targeting, campaign ideation, messaging and creative development, go-to-market execution and coordination of cross-channel marketing tactics.


To be successful, youll utilize your analytical skills to work with and synthesize data to extract relevant insights. The ability to communicate and present well are needed as you socialize roadmap plans, ideas and KPI results to key stakeholders and leadership.


Details:


+ Create and launch wireless marketing programs across direct mail, email, social and digital to grow our wireless base.

+ Stimulate and drive consumers to activate wireless service in our consumer facing channels (retail/online/call center).

+ Build and execute marketing campaigns utilizing multiple inputs - competitive intelligence, data analytics and product roadmap

+ Work closely with marketing partners including Go-To-Market Team, Product Marketing, Retail, and Online to stay up to date on latest offers and insights and collaborate on tactic execution

+ Develop campaign planning details within Aprimo and work closely with Lead Generation team to create marketing segments and launch timely campaigns

+ Relay ideas and execution details via strategic documents and marketing briefs

+ Partner with and manage external marketing agencies and partners to build campaigns

+ Evaluate impact on strategic marketing plans to achieve objectives, recommend new test strategies and drive implementation

+ Launch and test new, emerging tactics to expand reach of direct marketing program to previously unreachable audiences

+ Lead the planning, development and execution for test-n-learns.

+ Use time and project management skills effectively to consistently meet deadlines and fast turnaround times on priority initiatives


Qualifications:


+ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

+ Experience with campaign management and partnership with marketing agencies would be ideal

+ 6+ years relevant experience (Marketing, Research, Analytics or Program Management)

+ Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups

+ Knowledge of marketing analytics systems, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

+ Experience managing initiatives for consumer facing channels: Online, Retail and Call Centers (inbound/outbound)

+ Demonstrated ability to problem-solve by using your qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

+ Ability to elevate ideas and execute in an expedited timeframe

+ Proficiency in standard MS Office applications

+ Occasional travel required (~20%)

+ Results & goal oriented

+ Ability to accommodate change and adapt accordingly

+ Excellent communication skills, including working effectively with business and technical managers
