The Lead Product Manager is an integral part of the Online Traffic Management team, tasked with increasing online traffic to AT&T web properties through innovative marketing strategies and product roadmaps. The position is key to building our brand and enhancing our online presence. You will play a lead role in identifying and developing new traffic strategies and launching capabilities to improve conversions. You will work closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Online Business and Technology to deliver traffic growth to key lines of business.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Leads the ideation, development, and launch of innovative strategies in support of traffic goals
  • Manages the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical
  • Supports cross-product prioritization with multiple product managers and technology teams
  • Liaises with other product and technology partners to maintain optimized site architecture and works with stakeholders to mitigate technical impediments impacting traffic to AT&T web properties
  • Anticipates and proactively responds to search trends and algorithm updates (SEO)
  • Continually monitors competition, industry developments and customer feedback to deliver site features that increase and improve traffic to AT&T web properties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Product Management or Marketing experience required:
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing driving traffic growth through SEM, SEO, Email, Affiliate or other channels
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of delivering successful customer facing site features and improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of traffic and engagement KPIs and a solid understanding of how to build business cases, measure benefits and communicate results
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, communicate effectively, adjust priorities based on business results, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Passion for working in a fast pace agile digital environment is a must.
