ADP is hiring a Lead Product Manager, Digital Sales Technology.

In this role you will be work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to align internal sales technology to business goals. You'll also be accountable for something else significant: the uncompromising quality of our products. We're looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who desires to try new things and has a passion for impact.

Your prior experience in product management and developing enterprise-level cloud-based solutions in an Agile environment will set you up for success. Your day-to-day will be focused on product delivery and continued innovation with engineers, architects, other product managers, and internal clients to create easy-to-use, elegant solutions that present a seamless sales experience. You will work with the sales organization to ensure the products are integrated into sales plans and drive growth and market share targets.  You will collaborate and communicate with sales leaders and business partners and evangelize your product and communicate with confidence.

To thrive in this role, you will need to have a technology background and skills in SaaS products, with 8-12 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. You must take command of your product, lead multiple team's efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You’ve worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You'll find exciting challenges here, get to solve real-world problems and make an impact on thousands of people as we design what's next for ADP sales.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with sales technology such as CPQ or CRM

• Comfortable with data and analytics, having both quantitative and qualitative skills
• Understand product engineering best practices

• A university degree in software engineering or user interface design.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Scrums: You'll start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You'll continue to have meetings throughout the day as you create and organize your roadmap. You will create user stories in Jira and be a core contributor to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
• Operate with a product ownership mindset: You understand and reinforce a product culture. Your decision-making processes will focus on client satisfaction, revenue, and growth. You will contribute to the evolution of our next-generation products and the continuous enhancement of the User Experience (UX) across the portfolio. You’ll keep abreast of the evolution of the CPQ, eSig and CLM vendor landscape. You will identify new features needed to align sales technology to business goals by analyzing data and KPIs from multiple feedback sources.
• Relationships. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You'll collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be.
• Measurement: You have experience measuring product effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities.
• Explore & evaluate new tech: Your knowledge of the technology landscape plus new and emerging technologies allows you to innovate our products. You will balance business needs with technology assessments and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements as needed.
• Grace Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment and are comfortable managing competing priorities and rallying an organization to change direction as necessary.
