AT&T Lead Marketing Manager is responsible for projecting and forecasting future marketing needs in support of AT&T marketing initiatives. AT&T Lead Market Manager is the foundation for short and long term marketing and strategic planning.


Roles and responsibilities of the AT&T Lead Marketing Manager include but not limited to the following:


+ Provide analytic expertise and thought leadership in support of AT&T's product and communication strategy

+ Manage a wide range of investigative analyses to assess the organization's present and future position with regard to competitive claims, market share and feasibility of new products

+ Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.

+ Project or forecast future marketing needs by applying advanced marketing principles, theories and concepts to create and design strategic responses for various marketing projects.

+ Evaluate impact on strategic marketing planning objectives and strategies.

+ Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts.

+ Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.

+ Position self as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization

+ Work with Network Engineering, Marketing and external vendors to translate consumer needs into a superior and differentiated product strategy

+ Efficiently and effectively manage multiple, interrelated and complex data information sources

+ Develop, build and track performance standards to proactively manage, forecast and improve network performance

+ Provide periodic "standardized" reporting servicing multiple and diverse internal client groups, including network engineering, network finance, legal, field marketing, sales, advertising teams, public relations and external affairs

+ Develop, maintain, support and enhance continuous reporting on current and new claims through rigorous analysis of data from multiple sources

+ Streamline and manage all elements of data analysis and reporting for multiple diverse clients assuring timeliness, accuracy and consistency

+ Support routine and adhoc information needs from multiple internal clients

+ Collaborate and efficiently manage associated efforts of non-direct resources within and outside of AT&T


Required Skills and Experience


+ Five or more years Product Marketing experience within relevant industry and/or vertical

+ Expertise within the relevant discipline

+ Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

+ Strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, meet deadlines, prioritize projects and manage a cross-functional team.

+ Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills, experience with detailed quantitative analyses

+ Demonstrated success in the analysis, integration, management and reporting of multiple and extremely complex datasets from multiple vendors.

+ Ability to rapidly analyze and update reports with new data

+ Excellent project management skills required including ability to set and meet tight deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables

+ Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

+ Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook

+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills

+ Ability to distill and communicate findings into concise language and draw fact-based conclusions and recommendations

+ Ability to articulate needs and influence changes in multiple external and internal groups, through the use of data-driven analysis

+ Collaborative working style, strong listening skills, with ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints into discussion and decision making

+ Ability to establish rapport with Client, credibility and positive working relationship with all stakeholders including suppliers and internal clients at all organizational levels

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve stakeholder problems/issues/concerns

+ Proven ability to drive results

+ Must be able to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax.


Desired Skills, Experience and Education


+ Six or more years Product Marketing experience Considerable working knowledge of other major areas and the skills to integrate and communicate that information is preferred

+ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or Business

+ MBA
