**About the Team**

Our Online Broadband optimization team is passionate about sales and customer experience. We possess strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This team focuses on creating an extraordinary customer experience through data analysis and end-to-end testing. We investigate and analyze online digital performance and drive results through cross-functional partnerships in alignment with the broadband strategy team.

**About the Job**

Analyzes website data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of website traffic and website behavior patterns. Partners with strategist to build benefits analysis for business plans. Focuses on segment deep dives. Builds complex models to drive business insights and historical tracking.

**Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View**

Analyzes website behavior patterns using metric tools to review and optimize business results and user experience. Applies statistics based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations. Supports web development evaluations with web analytical information. Compiles information and analyzes qualitatively and quantitatively, developing models and conducting follow up and data verification as needed. Designs, develops and reviews detailed reports that indicate performance and opportunities for improvement. Participates as a project team member in cross- department and cross-channel improvement projects. Creates dashboards and scorecards to communicate actual performance towards vendor goals and corporate finance plan of record. Possesses general knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow, and diverse technologies. General understanding of reengineering issues and challenges. Utilizes analytical tools such as Adobe, SQL, and JavaScript. Proficient skills in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, engineering, math and statistics. Requires proficiency in web analytics applications. Works on complex projects and may assist less experienced peers.


Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline

Exceptional data analytics skills

4-8 years experience in digital marketing, data analytics and/or eCommerce
