The teams mission is to generate digital demand and drive online shopping velocity and growth through traffic journey and CX improvements.


About the Job


This position will be held accountable to identify and execute on online traffic needs (quality and quantity by source) to achieve desired sales goals through various partner teams as well as supporting company priority of online channel share growth. The ideal candidate would be passionate about online marketing with analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View


- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Online Business of all traffic levers being utilized/available for generating demand and online engagement for AT&T Internet


- Calculate targets needed by source & traffic segments to secure key traffic and sales objectives and communicate with partners to track performance throughout daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives


- Monitor traffic volume and quality trends and solve for gaps to target as needed with scrappy, test and learn mentality


- Iterate on existing campaigns with key partners to improve click-through traffic and drive increased engagement + online sales potential through A/B testing, etc.


- Evaluate performance of A/B tests and provide recommendations for updates


- Work on customer journey analysis by traffic source and identify and solve for areas of friction within customer buying journey


- Monitor offer roadmap for additional benefits and demand generation opportunities


- Partner with the Marketing team to ensure demand strategy generates the required traffic on att.com/myAT&T native app to support key campaign launches


-Identify new creative ways to grow online traffic and improve visitor engagement


Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field; Masters preferred.


- 8+ years of experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of digital campaigns and growing programs


- 2+ years of experience within high tech, software and/or telecom services industry highly desired


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, creative partners and senior leaders
