Key Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Participates in the management of compensation and design activities related to AT&Ts benefit plans and compensation programs for executives and includes:

+ Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the companys competitive position

+ Makes recommendations and decisions regarding development of salary structure, job revisions, organizational structure, compensation adjustments, etc. for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices

+ Counsels and advises management on the companys compensation strategy, policies, programs, and communications

+ Manages and collaborates for the annual pay comp cycle and program development (research, analysis)

+ Collaborates with all leadership levels, including executives, business partners, legal, and plan administrators

+ Has responsibility for understanding the plan language and the regulatory environment related to the plan(s)

+ Manages other short-term projects related to market/participant analysis and change management related to plan changes.

Experience: Typically 5-8 years of experience in a related field

Education: Typically BA or BS, Masters preferred with Human Resources, Benefits Consulting, Accounting, Finance or Audit focus
