**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Participates in the management of compensation and design activities related to AT&Ts benefit plans and compensation programs for management employees, general managers, and executives.

+ This position has responsibility for dedicated plans and will be responsible for understanding the plan language and the regulatory environment related to the plan(s).

+ Additionally, this position will work with administrative and HR partners to educate them on the plan and ensure its proper administration.

+ This position is also responsible for market research and reporting on trends, forecasting and plan alignment with the external market.

+ This role also partners with plan administrators on plan analysis and recommendations for plan amendments, then coordinates with legal on the recommended plan amendments.

+ Managing short-term projects related to market analysis, participant analysis and change management related to amendments are also responsibilities of this position, as is developing communication and change management strategy to roll out plan changes.

+ This position is responsible for driving consistency and year-over-year improvements in plans.

+ Position is also responsible for transitioning domestic and international plans to unified global plans, where possible.

Education: Typically BA or BS, Masters preferred with Human Resources focus
