Lead a team of country marketers to implement marketing strat/platform for brands/TAs; uses customer voice to prioritize/direct content creation to achieve financial targets



**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Core Activities:**



+ Leads Country ONC Marketers to execute brand strategies.

+ Sets regional direction for the therapeutic area.

+ Responsible for extensive People Management across a geographically dispersed virtual team.

+ Develop detailed tactical implementation plan to prepares for execution and tailors as appropriate for relevant market.

+ Shared P&L accountability; owns Marketing expense management of the country & regional expense management for the product or therapeutic area

+ Provide insights to inform strategy, messaging & positioning of brand materials; ensure they are modularized appropriately for China

+ Plan/forecast, spend, and track brand budgets/performance at regional level; track revenue performance and design interventions to mitigate risks as gaps emerge

+ Oversee Country Marketing training of Field Force (POA) or product and market positioning

+ Generate market research requests and help compile market feedback from Marketers

+ Receive input from markets on brand positioning

+ Proactively seek opportunities to centralize additional marketing activities to free their time to focus on customers

+ Interface with region and country stakeholders

+ Identify and develop effective relationships with customers, which have regional reach, and ensure that Pfizer is positioned as a leading, innovative and ethical provider of health care solutions



**Key Accountabilities:**



+ Brand Plan:

+ Detail tactical planning, prepare execution

+ Country tactical planning with A&P budgets

+ Provide input into campaign development: Design campaign messaging; oversee material production

+ Promo meetings: Speaker training curricula

+ (Non) Promo meetings: coordinate logistics, attendee approval

+ Op Plan: Country targets, and resource allocation

+ People Management: Recruit, train, lead, develop, mentor, and retain skilled colleagues to ensure the realization of objectives



**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).

Bachelor degree required, MBA is preferred

15 or above Marketing experience with above 5 years people management experience



**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
