Job Description

Traffic Payroll Coordinator!

The primary purpose of this coordinator is to ensure all drivers receive the appropriate component pay for their trips on a weekly basis and that all parts invoices are processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately logging all payroll exceptions
  • TMAP trip editing
  • SAG/SOX Compliance
  • Award Daily Driver Bid Board
  • Assign runs to drivers as needed
  • Production and Reconciliation of KPI Reports
  • Training New Hire Drivers
  • DOT Administration
  • Production of KPI reports
  • Driver Qualification Files
  • eVCR compliance
  • Participate in on-call phone/Afterhours rotation
  • Assist Drivers, Admins, and Resources as needed
  • Backfill Admins as required
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Dispatch Planning System
  • Working knowledge of PeopleNet
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge of WCMS
  • Working knowledge of SAG/SOX
  • Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Accounting basics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate/Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years of transportation experience
