Outstaffing role


+ Visiting face to face and remotely practicing physicians, hospitals, vaccination centers, pharmacies, primary care and other health-related organizations/personnel within Estonia

+ Organizing local educational activities and digital events for targeted customers

+ Participating in adoption of marketing materials

+ Organizing consumer campaigns for defined products

+ Identifying market trends and translating them into business opportunities

+ Participating in creation of strategic and tactical plans

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

+ Bi-Annual / Annual Sales Targets

+ Profitability

+ Market share and growth

+ Responsivness to dynamic market & realizing the commercial opportunities

+ Built community of KOLs

+ Consumers campaign success

**Background, skills, abilities**

+ University degree in Health Sciences

+ 3 to 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical business

+ Experience in marketing is preferable

+ Proactiveness, stand- alone and ownership capabilities

+ Innovative thinking, digital mindset

+ Perfect collaboration skills

+ Trilingualism (local language and English & Russian) is preferable
