**This is the role**



+ Responsible for sales of defined portfolio/product in agreed region.

+ Analyse and understand regional business opportunities and challenges to make effective plans, execute accordingly and achieve set goals.

+ Constantly stay updated with regional and national healthcare system to be able to capture regional business opportunities and solve business issues.

+ Collaborate with marketing and other functions to drive commercial opportunities for priority products and ensure excellent execution of strategies and tactics.

+ Responsible for gaining and sharing insights to form effective strategies and tactics.

+ Plan, execute and follow up effective customer activities in collaboration with commercial and other colleagues to maximise profitability and achieve goal.

+ Responsible for updating and analysing sales performance and customer engagement in relevant systems eg Pfire and Pforce to facilitate effective internal reporting, follow-up and business planning.



**What we expect**



+ Business oriented with drive to achieve objectives and effective in execution

+ Good understanding of the national and regional healthcare system, as well as key influencing points to impact in these.

+ Use analytical skills and business acumen to identify and solve key business issues and utilize key business opportunities

+ Team-oriented style and manner to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.

+ Leads development and implementation of effective Key Account Plans that align Pfizer core capabilities and prioritizes Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers' business and strategic imperatives.

+ Demonstrates strong business skills including: Problem solving, Relationship skills, Influence, Facilitation, Listening, and Project Management.

+ Demonstrates creativity and judgment in delivering innovative new approaches and solutions that meet customer needs and meet needs of Pfizer.

+ Can provide evidence of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth.

+ Knowledge in relevant disease area

+ Maintain strong knowledge of disease area and environment changes.

+ Work with high ethical standard and apply Pfizer and LIF rules and SOPs.

+ **Fluent in Swedish and English language.**
