**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and maintain effective coordination among all stakeholders by creating a collaborative networking with key internal/external customer and distributors

+ Develop relationship in large accounts (leading to sales)

+ Holds customer ownership for key customers/accounts to keep healthy balance between Pfizer and Customer values

+ Cooperate with BU departments and help sales team to build up an efficient platform for external key customers.

+ Obtain feedback and information from stakeholders and develop project participants timely and provide suggestion to Company for on-going or future improvement

+ Understanding of industry dynamics, to ensure that Pfizer has always maintained a leading position

+ Cross-pollinating with other markets by sharing best practices

+ Develop and implement key account management model and capture opportunity in the market and generating projects for incremental revenues

+ Provide resourcing and investment guidance

+ Source of market intelligence

**Principle Working Relationships**

Must be abided by Pfizer Policy when interacts with customers, healthcare professionals and government officials.

**Essential Requirements**

- Fluent in local language

+ Good analytical skill ,creative thinking and Problem-solving abilities

+ Good planning & organizing skill and strong implementation capability.

+ Strong communication skills (incl. presentation and business writing)

+ Leading without authority- Strong leadership skill- Effective cross-functional relationship- Good people skills- Sales experience- Experience in interacting with large account and senior leaders- Good negotiation skills- Financial and business acumen- Strong operational background- Self-motivated- Computer literate including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word **Education:** Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Science and Master Degree in Business or marketingKey Account management experience preferred\#LI-PFE
