Position Purpose

The Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering the value of Hospital assigned portfolio to key accounts through the development of constructive and customer focused relationship with relevant HCPs

He/she performs tasks and hold responsibilities for managing promotion of assigned products within the designated geographical area while implementing marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of designated products.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with KOLs in the therapeutic area of responsibility

Planning and executing an enterprising approach to customers ensuring the expansion of product value within each territory.

Identify, lead and execute any meetings/conferences/symposium that benefit our products.

Manage Hospital tenders on Local and Global level.

Identify and Build relationships and any pre marketing activities with any new group of KOLs needed for further business opportunities.

Ensure all activities comply with Foreign Corrupt practices Act (FCPA) and are fully compliant with Pfizer policies

Execute ad-hoc projects

Marketing strategies planning

Forecast short and long term position of designated products on the market.

Market analysis

Consolidate information from the field and present it to the management.

Ensure effective implementation of designated marketing plans to achieve desired business outcomes.

Manage Hospital tenders on Local and Global level.


University degree, MD or Sciences.

Deepened knowledge in healthcare environment.

Accurate knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and designated products.

Knowledge of Pfizer standards and policies and local legislation on pharmaceuticals.

Preferably knowing the KOLs for Hospital

Computer knowledge and familiarity in company information systems.

Communication skills, planning and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English.

Driving license B category
