Job Description

The IT Supervisor is responsible for assisting the IT Manager with maintaining, updating, and installing computer systems within both Fenway Park and MGM Music Hall. In this role youwill be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
• Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
• Operate technology, systems, and software such as point of sale systems, tablets,personal computers, and MS Office
• Available to work a flexible event-based schedule.
• Respond to and resolve IT requests.
• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor, informing him/her of all pertinent problems, irregularities, new development, changes and other important information within area of responsibility.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job as well as reporting to work on time and as scheduled.
• Physical presence on site is required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior IT experience preferred
• The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb. and to be on your feet for long period of time
