As a Product Manager for Health Care Cloud - Data Platforms, you will be responsible for end-to-end product management activities for products within the Health Care Cloud space. These activities include developing a strategic vision for product offerings, effectively managing all aspects of product planning/road mapping, developing a business case and prioritization of new features and capabilities. You will review product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to your products to improve business outcomes and optimize product performance.

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap
""
• Gather, manage and prioritize customer requirements and user feedback
""
• Define and manage product features from ideation to development
""
• Partner with stakeholders to define and drive future product innovation and direction
""
• Develop and manage core product positioning and communications to leadership, customers and users
""
• Define, gather and publish metrics that assess product usage and health
""
• Review product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to improve adoption and customer success
""
• Identify solutions to non-standard product requests and challenges
""
• Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and approaches through excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation abilities

Qualifications:

""
• 3 or moreyears of Product Management experience
""
• 3 or moreyears' experience working with scrum teams in an Agile framework
""
• Infrastructure management experience including products such as Kubernetes, Elastic, Kafka or Cassandra
""
• Familiarity with software development concepts and a high level of comfort interpreting technical documentation
""
• Proven ability to partner with developers, solution architects and other technical team members Experience managing product financials, estimates and projections
""
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
""
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment

• Agile Product Owner or Agile Leader Certification

• Experience in Healthcare industry
