We are looking for a strong, ambitious and very dynamic IT Asset Management (ITAM) generalist who can be inserted into different situations within the team and be a strong contributor to driving change and innovation through process efficiency and automation. Must be a strategically-minded individual with strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience managing physical assets through their entire life-cycle. This position comes in contact with senior management, vendors, etc. Diplomacy, tact, and a helpful, positive, professional presentation and attitude are required.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Mobile device account. Partners with senior leaders across departments to establish and maintain ITAM corporate policy.
  • Represents ITAM hardware operations in internal and external audits, audit responses, and evidence gathering and submission.
  • Assist in setting goals and objectives for property.
  • Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the inventory count.
  • Monthly review of operating statements.
  • Financial analysis, market studies and industry standard reporting (i.e. variance reporting, discounted cash flows, IRR's, etc.)
  • Assess current asset status, future needs, and goals.
  • Work to develop a master asset management plan specifically attuned for all devices. Assess and manage risks associated with current assets.
  • Work to maximize returns and minimize losses on assets and investments.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and patterns and chose investments accordingly.
  • Analyze and evaluate Mobile device accounts and inventory progress and enact necessary changes
