Qualifications - Requires 16-18 years with BS/BA or 14+ years with MS/MA or 10+ years with Ph.D.

Responsibilities ISR Innovations Design and Development Team Lead (SME) - Reports to the ISR Innovations Team Lead. Responsible for leadership of a design and development team, managing several technical projects simultaneously. Responsible for cost, schedule and performance factors relating to the execution of Technical Direction Letters (TDL) that are in the Developmental phase. Works closely with the Research and Analysis (R&A) Team Lead and the Test, Evaluation, and Deployment (T&E) Team Lead to coordinate the selection of projects for development, and to ensure the projects can be effectively tested and deployed. Works closely with the assigned Tech Refresh Director for each project. Ensures smooth handoff from the R&A Lead and enables a smooth handoff to the T&E Lead. Supports R&A Lead, T&E Lead, and the Tech Refresh Directors throughout all phases of their projects.
