What You'll Do

 

Cisco is seeking a sales professional to drive and address large market opportunities with a proven track record of successfully driving the commercial strategies and complex negotiations both internally and externally with partners and customers.

 

You will bring expertise in leading and delivering sales growth. You will possess deep knowledge and subject matter expertise in this area, providing instant credibility - both internally and externally.

 

You will help transform partner and customers new business and technology models and will be responsible for leading Cisco's drive into the marketplace, providing creative sales models and driving the expansion of the client base.

Who You'll Work With

 

You will be expected to motivate, enable, inspire, and continually develop direct/matrixed teams and the broader IoT community, while also work with Ciscos product management, industry solutions teams and others to drive strategy and deliver results

 Who You Are

 
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, with an understanding of sales
  • Identify client needs, develop business model according to their needs, and define required solutions
  • You have experience with new project development, large complex deal shaping and leading
  • You have client-facing (clients such as government / large conglomerates) and project management/deal-shaping experience
  • Consulting/ new business development/ software-related background preferred
  • You have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) from a reputable university
  • English communication
  • You are able to present towards external clients and are an active learner
  • You have strong performance as an individual contributor and are able to make a positive impact in a team environment
  • Understanding of software sales/ Enterprise Agreement preferred but not required
