**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Manage the operation performance and ensure operational SLAs are consistently met

+ Drive the standardization in core process

+ Actively contribute to business partners strategies and build trusting, integral and sustainable relationships through excellent operation and service

+ Manage continuous improvement in the risk management and control areas.

+ Ensure controls and compliance checks are in place and reviewed on a regular basis

+ Support internal and external audit inquiries and events. Represent I2P operations in internal/external audit reviews.

+ Drive the productivity HC target as part of annual target without business disruption

+ People and organization development to ensure future business needs and business continuality

+ Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver a differentiated customer service

+ Provide challenging and stretching tasks and assignments based on career goals

+ Support the implementation of all global and country initiative projects

+ Lead the project regular review with internal & external stakeholders

+ Makes effective decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Bachelor degree

+ Minimum of 8-10 years of BPO or Finance experience (2 years in AP process)

+ Minimum 2 year SAP FI module experience

+ Proficient language skills in English

+ Proficient Microsoft office knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Visio

+ Comprehensive accounting knowledge

+ Deep understanding of PTP end to end process

+ Minimum 2 years of people management experience with team span over 10



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Major in Accounting

+ Multinational environment experience

+ Language skills: English - CET 6

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills

+ Independently lead project experience

+ Make effective decision
