**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide deep analysis of I2P key metrics and involved the monthly operation performance review.
+ Support operation team to resolve specific process and system issues.
+ Understand I2P end to end process to drive the process continues improvement.
+ Ensure Working Instructions and other process related documents are maintained and updated in a timely manner.
+ Ensure controls and compliance checks are in place and reviewed on a regular basis.
+ Represent I2P operations in internal/external audit reviews.
+ Support new process and system go-live successfully and smoothly by providing training to team, providing project data and conducting testing.
+ Partner with stakeholders to work on all global and country initiatives, maintain a high level satisfaction of TIP.
+ Investigate urgent requirement from global team and provide valuable solution.
+ Ensure process consistency and standardization cross all the markets.
+ Work as an expert and has the ability to optimize the process.
+ Takes the leadership role for the Work Team's milestones/deliverables.
+ Makes decisions in complex situations.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor degree
+ Minimum of 8-10 years of BPO or Finance experience (2 years in AP process)
+ Minimum 2 year SAP FI module experience
+ Proficient language skills in English/Japanese/Korean
+ Proficient Microsoft office knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Visio
+ Comprehensive accounting knowledge
+ Deep understanding of PTP end to end process
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Major in Accounting
+ Multinational environment experience
+ Language skills: English - CET 6, Japanese - Level 1
+ Lean/GB/PMP Certified
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills
+ Independently lead project experience
