PGIM Operations & Systems provides the operations and technology support that contributes to PGIM being a world-class investment manager.
We supply transaction-level support, generate and report investment results and ensure that our investment results are accurately reflected on our books and records.

As an investment Reporting Operations Associate within PGIM Operations, you will have the opportunity to interact with numerous internal partners including our asset management finance & operations teams, corporate marketing, and corporate compliance.
Your responsibilities will vary from month end AUM ( Asset Under Management) production support to daily, weekly, and quarterly investment compliance reporting.
You will be heavily involved in Assets Under Management & Administration (AUM&A) reporting for Prudential Financial and PGIM. The AUM&A reporting function collects over $1.8 trillion in assets monthly.
The compilation, review, and distribution of investment holdings for use in regulatory filings is also a key function in this role.
The investment operations associate will develop the ability to independently identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in these reports.
Additional ad-hoc reporting needs may arise, as well as periodic involvement in various project workstreams. On an ongoing basis, you will assist in identifying and implementing workflow improvements and improving data integrity processes. This role will have opportunities to network within the larger team by serving on committees or as a coordinator for special initiatives.

Does this sound like you?
Earned a degree with a major in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and to handle multiple priorities at a time.
Possess an understanding of various investment security types.
Strong partnering and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook.
Enjoy building efficiencies and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
Effective oral and written communication Skills.
Able to multi-task/juggle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with accuracy
Prior exposure to or knowledge of programs including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or MMD is a plus.
Any experience using Cognos,Tableau, or a similar reporting tool is a plus.
