The *Inventory Supervisor* is responsible to manage the essential EMS business of providing available inventory, entering and confirming reservation LOIs, booking IOs and revisions in the order management system. The Supervisor is responsible to be fully aware of the inventory and order entry process from available inventory requests to entering requested products to pushing lines to the ad server. This role is responsible for managing a high performing team. This leader will work closely with their team to work with them to be flexible where needed, especially during peak periods.

The Inventory Supervisor will be fully responsible to manage assigned projects, which includes but is not limited to, creation of reporting, communications with various teams, and daily/weekly management of reporting ongoing. The Supervisor is also responsible for the development and growth of the Inventory team to meet their individual goals.

* Own the inventory fulfillment process for Avails, Order Entry of Reservations, Bookings and Revisions (Direct and PG)

* Knowledge and practice on how to leverage avails tools efficiently

* Knowledge and practice on how to leverage order entry tools efficiently

* Manage a queue environment and provide prioritization for the team

* Support any escalations sent to the team via partner leaders or Sr team members

* Aware and involved in Sales Policies impacting Inventory

* Awareness and management of various projects including PG process and buyer acceptance management in GAM, processing Reservation Releases and Reservation reporting, Inventory Sheets in Excel or other data tools (i.e. SQL), avails tools, QA reporting, working with engineering, daily/mass avails, upload template, IO conversion tools, and other various projects that require the inventory team support

* Able to train team members on various inventory tools like Yield Analytics

* Subject matter expert on Inventory needs/process to provide clear input when decision making is needed from a cross-functional standpoint

* Able to partner cross-functionally with other teams to execute various tasks

* Identify and implement new reporting/processes based on business need

* Track and enhance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis while understanding "alerts" when there may be issues with individual or team workloads

* Lead weekly team meetings to update the team members about any business changes, HR awareness and other important updates

* Establish annual and quarterly goals and tactics based on individual and company needs

* Develop and grow Inventory team to be successful at meeting individual goals as well as company goals

* Conduct weekly 1 on 1 meetings with individual team members to check in on status of work and goals


* High School Diploma/GED required and 5 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience.

* 2 years experience in a Leadership or Senior level role, managing a team of 2 or more individuals

* Leadership skills with team members in office and in remote locations

* 1 year of experience of working in a remote environment

* Experience with inventory management tools

* Advanced Excel skills required, including custom formula development, functions, pivot tables, and visualization techniques

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven atmosphere

* Clear communication skills with internal team as well as executive leadership

* Self-driven in a queue environment

* Basic understanding of the advertising technology landscape

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Bachelors degree from four-year college or university

* Experience with YieldEx/YieldEdge, a plus

* Experience in online advertising (including DART for Publishers and AdBook+) preferred
