LEAD is a rotational leadership development program that provides an opportunity for early career talent to obtain rapid career development

As a LEAD participant, you will develop into a well-rounded professional through a series of rotational assignments spanning across the company. The program starts with a core set of training modules prior to rotational assignments to set you up for success and then has continuous targeted education to further develop your skillset.

*Internal Consulting*
LEAD individuals will serve as internal consultants at Cox to acquire leadership skills, establish a network, learn the business end-to-end, and deliver value to the company in parallel with individual development. These roles will include but are not limited to: Business Analyst, Project Manager, Marketing Analyst, and Technical Analyst.

*General Responsibilities:*

* Support or lead projects under moderate supervision
* Manage the end-to-end project life cycle
* Analyze business situations, create processes, and demonstrate problem solving and analytical thinking skills for the success of the initiative
* Track and analyze project budgets
* Report, communicate, and influence both project deliverables and team members
* Create and manage relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders
* Create and lead presentations to team members and senior leadership

Qualifications: *Required Qualifications:*

* Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
* Strong communication, relationship building, and organization skills
* Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* U.S work authorization, sponsorship is not available for this program
*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Bachelors Degree and/or advanced degree
* Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA from undergraduate degree
Some travel may be required (up to 10%)
