ThePfizerIntelligent Assistant SolutionsTeamseeks atalented and hands-onDeliveryManagerwho will beresponsible fordeliveringcompetitiveintelligentdigital assistantsolutionsincluding but not limited tovirtual assistant conversational bots, knowledge/decisionassistant custom search engines andrecommendation enginesthat usemachine learningandnatural language processingacrossweb,mobile and social media channels for engaging withPfizercolleaguesand externalHCPs and patient populations.

TheDeliveryManager will define and lead the execution ofmultipleIntelligent Solution projectsand experiences that exceed customer expectations and meet business objectives.This role requiressomeone who can be both abusiness and technology savvy collaborator who can work closely withdiversestakeholders, as well assolution engineers,developers, vendors and the legal, compliance,platform,and technical teams.

+ Work withBusiness andClientPartnersacross global marketsto understand and determine value and viability ofnew business use cases associated with intelligentsolutions

+ Lead strategic and discovery workshops with business the understand business processes anddetermine opportunities where intelligent solutions can enable advantages for thebusiness

+ Lead end-to-endsuccessfuldeliveryofintelligent solutionprojects

+ Define and influence project scope, goals, deliverables, and financial estimates thatsupportbusiness goals in collaboration with leadership, technical delivery team and stakeholders.

+ Work acrossdigital teams between client partners,architecture, compliance, security, engineering, platform teamsto develop agile delivery methodology and plans for flawless execution ofprojects

+ Provide subject matter expertise from Pfizer Digital during meetings with customers and business partners on projects.

+ Ensure thatstakeholdersare providedclear and measurable information on progress andmilestones

+ Actively participate in program governance to transparently track and communicate project goals, status, impact, etc. to stakeholders at all levels

+ Ensureprojectsare deliveredusingiterative, agile framework from initiation to implementationandcompliant withPfizer'sSDLC processes andmethodologies

+ Influence cross-functional teamsto deliver successfully meeting theIntelligent Assistant Solutionsteams'objectives

+ Managemultiple initiatives that are at different stages in theprojectlifecycle


+ BS/MS in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

+ 5+ years of project managementandbusiness analystexperience

+ 2-3yearsexperiencedelivering data science, analytics, and/orweb/mobile app projects

+ Experience working with crossfunctionalteamsthat do not have direct reporting relationshipacross various geographies and time-zones.

+ Understandingfoundation concepts for delivering machine learning, andnatural language processingcapabilities, andsolutions

+ Experience and understanding of existing and emerging healthcare industry data andtechnology standards.

+ Experience managing business relationships to assess and predict needs, offer innovative solutions, and grow a business / technologypartnership

+ Demonstrative success in problem solving and critical thinking in a fast-paced collaborativeenvironment

+ Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams acrossPfizer

+ Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously

+ Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills

+ Experience with SDLC and agile software development methods

+ Finance, asset management, economics experience a plus

+ PMP and/or Scrum certificationpreferred

+ Multi-lingual a plus


**Advisor/Consultancy** : Provides well-informed advice, typically within a specific technical specialization, ensuring that it is properly understood and appropriately exploited, to enhance the effectiveness of significant activities. Provides advice on technical aspects of Conversational UI and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.

**Technical Acumen** : Maintains knowledge of specific technologies provides detailed advice regarding their application, executes specialized tasks.

**Thought Leadership & Advocacy:** Develop awareness of industry developments and best practices Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies as they relate to AI and Conversational UI

**Presentation Skills:** Ability to develop visually simple and appealing PowerPoint presentations and be comfortable with articulating and communicating with the right authority and messaging to a broad range of stakeholders
