*Cox Automotive* is currently looking for a *Corporate M&A Integration Manager* to join our team in *Atlanta, Georgia*.


*The Role:*


The Manager is primarily responsible for defining integration program value drivers and then building and operationalizing integration plans. The incumbent will co-own integration plans with the deal sponsor and directly lead cross-functional team members to deliver planned integration elements, ensuring favorable returns on investments. Through these efforts, the Manager will have a crucial role in helping Cox Automotive deliver strong financial results, implement world-class operating platforms, and execute on business priorities. Secondarily, the Manager will support the Corporate Development function to help cross-train in all aspects of the deal. The support includes valuation, diligence, process management, and documentation (as needed).


*Responsibilities:*




* Participate in early evaluations and due diligence for M&A process to align with strategic objectives and provide an early voice on integration planning and risks

* Lead all aspects of integration efforts, as well as working with functional experts across the company

* Develop collaborative relationships across matrixed organization

* Draft comprehensive project plan for each deal that includes all workstream and functional tasks to achieve target value metrics

* Develop and drive consensus around the integration budget for each acquisition which aligns to the plan

* Provide regular progress updates to deal executives and key stakeholders

* Manage stakeholder relationships - be the single point of contact for all stakeholders

* Develop M&A and Integration best practices for the company

* Be a proactive and critical thought partner to senior leadership across CAI, especially with the Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Legal, FP&A, Tax and Accounting teams

* Continuously learn from being exposed to deal sourcing, structuring, diligence, communication (internal/external), valuation, and documentation that are integral aspects of all deal execution




Qualifications:

* BA/BS in related field and 3 years of experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, deal advisory, management consulting, or integration consulting

* Technology, Software, Media, and/or Automotive industry experience will be helpful and is preferred

* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation of business cases

* Familiarity with the due diligence processes, integration and exposure to the lifecycle of a deal

* Must be proactive with strong communication, project management, change management and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and in a fast paced, rapidly evolving growth-company environment

* Travel as needed for deals (up to 25%)
