  • Manage review/revision/approval processes to ensure achievement of communications and business goals/objectives
  • Monitor feedback on published/distributed communications content and address questions/concerns as appropriate (e.g., follow-up)
  • Manage/maintain communications content using established communications standards/guidelines (e.g., review cycles, sunsetting/archiving processes)
  • Design/recommend effective feedback processes (e.g., surveys, email, focus groups, social media response guidelines)
  • Analyze data from evaluation processes to identify/implement changes to communications content and delivery approaches (e.g., web analytics, media impressions)
  • Revise/update communications content/approach as needed, based on established metrics and feedback processes

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
