Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in producing website content.
• Knowledge/ experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Photoshop
• Extensive experience with WordPress/TalkAbout.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a scientific discipline with a minimum of 6 Years' relevant experience, 1 year in Intelligence Community
• TS/SCI w/poly

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with multimedia production or web design
• Minimum of 8 Years' relevant experience, 1 year in Intelligence Community

Responsibilities

The individual selected for this position will serve as an integral member of the Program Office responsible for strategic and tactical communications across a large and globally dispersed workforce. The individual is expected to work effectively and constructively in both a team environment and independently to keep important initiatives moving forward. The individual must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The individual will need to draw from a broad range of skillsets, including core technologies and customer-specific applications. The individual will also need to provide high levels of customer service and be able to interact appropriately with individuals throughout the customer organization. Information Analyst responsibilities. include, but are not limited to the following:

• Content management
  • Research and create commercial data articles (new sources, industry trends, new tools, and applications).
  • Publish approved content to website.
  • Upload commercial produced data articles to website (as permissible by copyright).
• Basic graphic manipulation (resizing, cropping, etc.)
• Administrative support for application and services platforms to include but not limited to:
  • WordPress/TalkAbout
  • Hive
  • OneNote
  • SharePoint/Confluence
