We are seeking a highly motivated Industry professional to join our growing Worldwide Collaboration Sales organization.  This individual is a senior leader tasked with identifying and developing vertical industry customer priorities and helping us change the conversation to business outcomes. This individual will help us help our customers modernize industry workflows leveraging the Webex platform, services, and related technologies. This is where business development, sales and results converge for Cisco Cross Architecture solutions.

Vertical industry roles are available for Healthcare, Supply Chain, Financial Services, Retail and Education.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business outcomes, through identifying customer priorities in Enterprise Lines of Business, managing & monitoring success against KPIs and reporting customer value.
  • Optimize and streamline customer business workflows as requirements evolve and the organization scales.
  • Prepare presentations, communicate effectively & build strong working relationships at various levels of management, including C Suite.
  • Understand existing Industry business solutions and identify viable use cases. Validates solutions with customers.
  • Develop customer relationships to formal workshops with the customer and our technical team to gather and document requirements & processes.
  • Engage in Pre-Sales activities and writing of business outcome-based proposals.

Who You Are

         10+ years of related industry functional experience; Advanced knowledge of respective industry mission critical applications, workflows and KPIs.

         Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

         Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence, drive collaboration with our external partners, customers and within Cisco.

         Experience working with geographically distributed teams and across organizational boundaries.

         Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. 

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Results driven self-starter, needs minimal guidance, skilled in over-achieving objective result-oriented goals.
  • Fierce attention to driving 10x value for your customers.
  • Consulting engagement/workshop examples required.
  • Post graduate degree preferred.
