What Youll do

You will partner with University and Professional recruiting teams, Diversity and Inclusion practitioners, functional leaders, external strategic partners, and senior leadership to execute diversity and talent development programs and strategies to help Ciscos Supply Chain attract a broad spectrum of diversity and create a culture of inclusion and belonging for all employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the program management of the Supply Chain Inclusion Leadership Team to drive inclusion and diversity action plan execution across the business.
  • Cultivate inter-departmental communication and collaboration with human resource and talent acquisition partners to evaluate process improvements and action plans for inclusion and diversity procedures.
  • Partner with the University and Professional Recruiting Lead to execute the end-to-end recruiting strategy; identify external conferences and brand opportunities, collaborate with functional leaders to build talent demand, and lead university engagement developmental programs.
  • Serve as the Inclusion and Collaboration (I&C) Events Manager by executing quarterly Inclusion and Diversity events that inspire conscious leadership across the organization.
  • Serve as the Human Resource University Manager Liaison by leading corporate relationships with top supply chain universities to further enhance partnerships and curriculum advancement.
  • Drive content creation consisting of ongoing partner updates, promotion awareness of diversity tools/technology, and coordinate regional alignment leadership meetings.

You will be involved in the definition, planning, management, and deliverables of various projects. This is a team effort and you will be encouraged to use your voice.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College Degree with at least a minimum 5 years project management experience (preferably in human resources, workforce planning, talent development environment)
  • Strong Program Management capability
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of audiences
  • Confirmed partner and ability to be highly resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear action plans and lead teams to a common goal.
  • Capable of building positive relationships up, down, and sideways in the organization
  • Keen understanding of generational and cultural nuances
  • Strong understanding of organizational recruiting, diversity and inclusion practices, employee communications and learning & development programs.
