We are seeking a versatile individual who can work in a fast-paced, customer & technical support environment. The position is responsible for coordination of customer turn-up activities for our BroadCloud PBX (hosted VOIP solution) and Webex calling. This includes direct phone- and email-based interaction with end-users to coordinate actions and provide guidance to ensure customer readiness and a smooth service implementation experience.

Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Manage service orders, ticket creation and coordination of implementation setup calls

Answer reactive helpdesk & customer support inquiries via phone, team spaces & email

Monitor, coordinate and track implementation activities/milestones

Coordinate LNP activities related to customer implementation

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Manage Small to medium projects which will include:

Participating with diverse teams Participating with diverse teams

Managing Project schedules

Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings.

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Minimum requirements:


Degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience of 5+ years in telecom call center, customer service environment or technical support

Skills, knowledge & attributes:

Ability to take on multiple products/processes and projects.

Work in a fast paced environment with deadlines.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to identify trends and patterns to create models with efficiencies.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Customer service soft skills are a must

Customer project management is a plus


Telecom service delivery, customer or technical support environment

Customer service and support methods & procedures

5+ years in a telecom environment preferably call center, providing customer service and/or technical support
