Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect

IAM Architect will be responsible for architecting solutions across all IAM areas partnering with cross functional and business teams globally. In this role you will lead IAM projects to continuously improve, automate as applicable, reducing risk associated with IAM functions while driving future strategy and evolution of IAM technologies and processes maintaining roadmaps.

  • Lead architecture for Identity and Access Management products
  • Architect and design, complex solutions for identity management, access management, privileged account management, recertification of access, access request and provisioning, SSO, MFA including Cloud
  • Customization of IAM solutions including IDM, SSO, MFA product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard out-of-box functionality
  • Interaction with application teams that manage major user repositories and/or need to automate/standardize user access request process, to gather requirements, architect, design and deliver a solution to integrate with PepsiCo IAM implementations taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo
  • Create and maintain documentation for security-related activities and metrics reporting
  • Advocate secure computing practices and procedures, and communicate best practices throughout the company
  • Drive process improvement and security remediation projects as applicable
  • Lead general-purpose services, usable by a variety of authorized systems and applications

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on security with Identity and Access Management
  • 8+ years experience with a focus in Identity Management, Access Management, Privileged Account Management, working with technologies such as CA IDM, CyberArk, OKTA, Siteminder, RSA or comparable products
  • 8+ years of experience driving architecture across IAM functions, designing complex solutions, developing new design patterns
  • Drive discussions with application teams understand requirements and design solutions for IAM evaluating impacts to PepsiCo
  • 7+ years driving business processes associated with IAM including cloud hosting Authentications and Multi-Factor Authentication preferred
  • 8+ years of experience with troubleshooting issues with Access Management solutions, and n-tier Web applications
  • 8+ years experience with web application development using J2EE components such as JSP, Servlet, Web and Rest Services, JDBC, JNDI, etc., and experience with web application deployment on JBOSS, TomCat platform; in addition to, performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting web applications on a JBOSS platform
  • 4 + years of experience in Splunk
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly identifying the best option in an emergency situation
  • Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business folks across the Enterprise
  • Infrastructure experience with supporting cloud authentications, IDM, PAM, SSO, MFA solution on various platforms
  • Experience with all phases of the system development lifecycle at an enterprise level
  • Project leadership experience handling multiple work-streams simultaneously
