What You'll Do

As an HTTS SD-WAN engineer, you will collaborate with talented, dynamic, passionate, and diverse team members who support the high-end Cisco customers to resolve highly complex technical issues within SD-WAN solutions. You will provide technical support to high-profile Cisco customers. Working with state of the art technologies and solutions will also be part of your job. SD-WAN CSEs are trusted advisors to Cisco customers. They directly impact the Customer Dedication with Cisco which reflects Cisco's success as a business leader.

The team is a good mix of engineers with varying years of experience (from 3 years all the way to 12 years) in Cisco technologies and solutions, and each-and-every-one of them bring phenomenal value to the table. Our team has global presence located in US, Brussels, Mexico and India centers.

Who You Are

You enjoy troubleshooting issues for Enterprise and Service Provider (SP) customers. You also have experience deploying and troubleshooting PnP (plug and play), APIC-EM (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module) or similar NMS (Network Management System). Network design and/or deployment experience is also a big plus.

Minimum qualifications

• You own a Bachelors in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 5 years related experience
• You have a Cisco Security/ Routing & Switching/Data Center background
• You have at least 3+ years of Customer Support Experience
• You are certified in Cisco technologies
• You are knowledgeable in Linux, virtualization, VPN or Security technologies.

Desired qualifications

• You possess a CCIE (Wireless / Routing & Switching / Service Provider)
• You have knowledge and experience in Protocols : IGP, EGP, LISP, VxLAN
• You're experienced with Viptela
• You have Data Base fundamentals (Neo4j, Orient DB)
• You have experience in the following platforms : Variants of ISR routers, vEdge, cEdge,vManage, Nexus switches, Catalyst family and Variants of Cisco UCS
